Just a general Question regarding rally pack mk2 Escorts, I dont know if its different her in Australia, but if a Mk2 escort 2 door was fitted with the rally pac what would it be written down on the ID plate? if so what are the codes? thanks (sorry if this is an entirely stupid question)

What do you think about escorts with a stripe down the side, i like the look of the stripe the mexico and the 1600 sport had. How d you think it owuld look if i had one of those put on without and branding.

Hey guys. I have nearly finished restoring my first car which is a 2 door mk2 escort. It has square lights and im wonderinf if putting driving lights on it would make it look weird. I wish it had circle lights but everyone says to keep it origional. anyhow here is some photos

Alright so i have decided to paint it olympic blue. Dont know if to do a 1600 sport rep or a Mexico replica (which could mean 2L engine later) Seeing as its just a normal 1.6L Escort, Would it be worth more in future as a replica?

Whats the best way to remove the stock instrument cluster and replace it, i see the steering column gets in the way. also the one i bought doesnthave a wiring loom. can i use the one from the stock cluster?
