i have recently bought a mk2 cortina running a 16v i4 engine. seems a really good all round package. are there any other old fords out there running this conversion?

yeh i saw it for sale ages ago for silly money, £4500 i think! i bought it on a whim like you do and was gonna sell my mk2 capri and keep the cortina. but cant bring myself to part with the 3ltr. am clucking for another anglia tho to be honest.

help needed. my cortina's tailgate when opened has to be propped up with a broom handle as it has no toursion(?) bar fitted. where on earth would i find one of them??? im out of ideas! thanks people
