Anyone got any advice on starter motors . Replaced the pinion and clutch in my edge gear starter twice now. It's in a mk2 cortina 1600 bored out to max with the normally bits 244 cam and 40s . Cheers if any can help

Hi I wondered if you sorted your vibration problem as I I have the trouble . Tried new diff gearbox wheels had the prop balanced new ujs but it still vibrates . Dip the couch at any speed and you get vibration. Any ideas

Had an Anglia , Escort , MK1 Cortina and loved them all . Brought a gold 1600e after not having anything for years best car i have ever had and loads of fun to drive. Only trouble is i,m doing it again , already spending loads at Burton ,opened up my old Pitt and the dog cant understand why were not going out as much . Old fords never go away ! Back to the Burton site now and time to spend some more cash i will never get back.

Hi people just got back into the scene after 5 years and having a big nightmare with the old wheel thing. I brought a set of rs4 spoke jbw from midland to replace the Rostyles on my 1600e but didnt like them. Even with spacers and with ofset of 16 the style just wasnt spot on and they did not look good as per profile pic so there going on ebay. Today took a chance and brought a set of minilight 7j 13 with et0 offset . Any ideas on tyres to use . Was going to put the 185 60 yokos back but it would seam all the new boys are using 175 50s ??????. Hope these fit ??? . Any feedback more than welcome cheers
