Thanks for letting me join, To be honest, I have a Morgan, not a ford but it's powered by a X-flow so I hope I won't be kicked out
Can anyone help me? I have a stripped thread on the sump and the bolt won't tighten. I am going to try retapping it, but would would prefer to fit a new sump. Does anyone know where I can get hold of a rear bowl 1600 sump? I tried Beaulieu Spring Auto Jumble today but there was nothing. I will be at the Classic Ford event at Santa Pod at the end of May and will look there, but any help in advance would be much appreciated.
