  4. Due to lack of info provided by wokingham council the venue has been changed due to a local carnival Details of new location as follows The date is now arranged and it's all systems go!!! Berkshire Ford meet New Venue Showcase Cinema Reading Road Loddon Bridge Wokingham Berkshire RG41 5HG Directions from M4 Juncation 10 At J10 on the M4 come off and you will come to the A329M. Follow the signs to Reading onto the A329M, Once on the A329M take the first exit signposted Winnersh Triangle. at the bottom of the sliproad there is a roundabout. You will need to turn right then at the next roundabout go left. You will go under a train bridge and the cinema should will be to your right, To get into the car park you will need to go round the roundbout and come back on yourself. Once your past the train bridge there is two sets of lights. one set is for going straight on and the others bears round to the left. You need to go to the left set of lights but go into the right lane of the two lanes available. Then just follow the lane around the roundabout which will take you onto the 3rd set of lights moving into the middle lane and then on the last set go into the left lane. The entrance to the cinema is on a sliproad on the left before the bridge you when underneath before coming up to the roundabout. Once in the carpark carry on behind the cinema and turn left and we will be in the far right hand corner. Fast Ford are attending and will be there from 2pm. We will aim to all meet there for 1.45pm and this is now a charity meet and I will be be asking for £3 per car and this money is all in aid of Children In Need. The local press are on about attending and this will be in the xmas issue of Fast Ford mag so bring your santa hat along There is also freshments available within the cinema and the George pub is just located from where we will be meeting. My mother is now my sister January last year she moved up north and took her vows and became a nun, next month she's off to South Africa for 3 months Can't see me ever being accepted into that line of business
  12. My other half is in the recovery trade At his place the money is pretty good for the trade but most drivers make it up in overtime and extra shifts. A good driver who puts in the hours can do a good £2k plus a month take home. At the Tow Show a cpl of months back my fella was offered £35k a year with the AA for a monday to friday job just doing the fuel contamination work. but the AA like their yearly contracts so it aint secure work and he never went for it.
