hi all, in the '70's and '80's you could buy adjustable rear shackles for your leaf sprung classic ford to alter the height of your car at the rear and marketed as "jack-up kit" or such like. does anyone know if you can still get them ? i know i can probably make some but thought i'd ask the collective on here first ?

thanks for the replies and warm welcome guys. pictures ? yes i;ve got quite a few but they are mainly in photo albums on a book shelf. i'm a bit (a lot) of a technophobe stuck in the '70's hence the mk2 daily driver and steam powered phone. the time it would take me to try and post a picture and fail i could easily do say a clutch swap on the escort and still have time to eat my tea. sorry guys but if i can work it out i'll have a go but don't hold your breath

hi all, new to the site so bit of car history. started with mk1's by default and when they thinned out about oh 20 years ago went onto mk2's and still on them, every day transport of course non of this weekend driver carry on bit. had literally hundreds of them over the years of driving 1's and 2's. anyone on here running an escort van or camper ?

hi all, I'm looking and have been looking for a while now for a mk2 escort nimbus camper or similar I have pound notes or if preferred would swap for a mk2 two or four door escort, both of which are in very good condition with cash either way. any help locating such a steed is very much appreciated and yes I have seen the "elba" on ebay at the moment
