    New member, too old to work computers, please help, I need a clutch fork for my Essex v6 3litre with 4 speed Type 5 gearbox. Incidentally I used to work in South Africa for Ford motorsport in the 80s and 90s making / working on Mk 2 BDA escort rallycars and later building Cosworth Sapphire race cars, happy memories.
