The car is overseas so no V5 until it is brought to the UK. I am prepared to pay for the shipping, Duty, VAT and the V55 registration to get it Registered with DVLA if it is worth selling in UK. I have no more info regarding condition, all I have are these 3 photos he sent me. It must have had a decent engine at some point looking at the diameter of the exhaust pipe, but I'll assume there is no engine or propshaft either

Hi, a mate has come across a Mk1 Escort rolling shell and sent me these photos. The guy started work on it but is now looking to sell it. All I know is it's a 2 door Mk1 rolling shell. He didn't say if there was an engine, if there is it'll probably just be an 1100 / 1300 anyway. As for anything else, assume if it's not in the photo it isn't there. The car is located overseas but he can arrange to get it back. Any ideas what it's worth back here in UK as a project car on eBay ? thanks
