Right my mate who's an actor (Jonathan Owen, currently in Shameless, and also been in Torchwood and previously been in Wedding Belles, Good Arrows, Dose (all by Irvine Welsh) and loads of other bits & pieces even a bloody Keane video !) has just finished filming the first episode (well a taster) of a new programme called Svengali.
Episode 2 is being filmed this w/e and stars Sally Phillips (Smack The Pony / Alan Partridge etc etc) and Alan Mcgee (the man who created Creation records and signed Oasis)
Have a look and see what you think, we are trying to get a lot of reaction to get funding for a complete series as the whole story is fantastic
Have a look on You tube under Svengali Pilot
Cheers !
