kv cant play

hi all new to this site ive just brought a mk2 ford escort van the front and rear wheel arches look really flared but inside the wings and out side there is no evidence of any welding to extend them is there such a thing as a wide body version as i thought i had owned one of each model van in my life time obviously not any help would be great i will try and upload some pictures soon
