I have recently bought a 1972 Mk1 escort mexico which came with surplus parts I now have for sale, and would be of interest to members. However as I am unlikely to complete 10 posts in laess than a year I do not qualify and other members will not have an oppotunity to see before I list them elsewhere . Pity .I have read the reasons but I think 10 posts is unnecessary.

Just introducing myself as a long time rally competitor, most recently in a Historic 1965 Mini Cooper s . Started ralling in minis as anavigator in 1967 then progressed to Escorts initially navigating on South East road rallies in the 70's , then owning and rallying an RS 1600 , then a twincam , then driving an RS 200 mk1 to win the Scottish road championship in 1977. Back to my roots have just purchased a 1972 Mexico in electric blue with white stripes. It came with a lot of spares which will be advertised on the site shortly.
