Well It had to be done for more than 1 reason and i`m completley gutted. I had no where safe to keep her and after all the time spent on her and many years of fun driving her i just couldnt risk her getting smashed up as she was resting on a freinds drive in a not so nice estate I didnt get as much as I first wanted for her being a wide arched colonge copy mk1 Capri but hey its not all about the cash, the new owner who is young and very enthusiastic about her, she has a lovely house in a sleepy village and an ample sized yard and garage for her new home. Will have to sort fiances out and move to another house with my own parking again and save for another O.S.F as this is the 1st time since I was 17 that I havnt had one feel a bit empty realy.

Yeah the guys like very keen and his intentions are cool too so i`m not to woried about her future and he knows what i`m asking is reasonable as he cant find another complete car local like mine and i have to say as soon as debts are cleared and i have a more stable home whith my own driveway again I will be hunting another 4 door escy

I have a problem guys, My beautiful baby Mk1 Capri is ill ... She had an identity crisis and made like a toaster thus damaging her wiring loom lights only i think. The issue is I can no longer keep her due to the growing list of her ailments. Do I A: Sell her to the highest bidder and walk away? B: Sell her to a guy thats always hankered after her for far less than shes worth? C: Keep her and store away for quite some time ? I have owned her on and off for the last 8 or so yrs wish i had the cash to make her well again I have been offered £1500 as she stands but i question the bidders intentions toward her as he seems to be hell bent on a makeshift Mustang project. The chap who cant match the offer has always loved her and would spend love, time money on ressurection.
