To be legal, I beleive the front plate must be vertical, ie: not flat on the bonnet. I've seen loads of cars with plates on the bonnet who get away with it, but it only takes a bored copper

I have followed that through TinyPic and got so far but it puts a URL into the post, not a picture. Where have I gone wrong? DaveH
