  1. Hi Shakespeare here. I just want to say thank you to your club's membership for supporting the Ford Day at Shakespeare County. It certainly looked as though you were all enjoying yourselves last Sunday. Congrats to all the trophy winners. Here's the main results with the top 5 placings. See you guys next year. Power Torque Racing Ford Day Results @ Shakespeare County Raceway Quickest Front Wheel Drive 1. FWD5T Nick Drake (2003 Ford Focus RS) 13.492/106.85 2. Looks like Nick has been tinkering under the bonnet in the last 12 months and his efforts had paid off.
  2. Stands can be arranged and they're free, any size for any amount of cars. Also I would love to see one or even two oval track Classic Hot Rods on the strip. Wouldn't that make a cool photo!
  3. Just had it confirmed that Power Torque Racing over in nearby Coventry will be sponsoring Sunday's class trophies next weekend; FWD, RWD & 4WD thanks to Brian Lee. You might be going home with a nice trophy and some Ford goodies! They'll be some pukka Ford motivated drag cars too for demo runs. Liz Malcolm will be their with her Just 4 Fun Pinto powered Pro ET dragster along with the UK Fastest Taxi Express courtesy of Chivers Taxis and John Atkinson's mad 160 mph Mk1 Estate 'tina. More news as and when it comes. Anyone else going from here apart from Kev?
  4. If anyone wants a club stand then give Jerry a call at the raceway office on 01789 720180 or e-mail: enquiries@shakespearecountyraceway.co.uk.
