Hi, For sale I have a N/A YB Turnkey package that came from my MK2 Escort drift car which has been featured in Various magazines. The engine has just been dyno'ed by Joe Stephens @ Bluesprint Motorsport and ready to go. Only reason i am not refitting it is due to a turbo engine change for drifting. The engine is a Vulcan Engineering built 2.1 YB, with Cosworth YB crank, Steel rods, Wossner pistons, massive head porting, JUDD spec cams (touring car grind from the K-series Rover) on solid lifters, Custom Made HT Racing Slide throttle bodies which sound AWESOME. The engine went for routine refresh a couple of months ago costing £2500 plus a dyno run of £350 and has had a no expense spared rebuild making 255hp. It is run in and ready to go. New wossner pistons New Steel rods New bearings and seals New headgasket + engine set New HP oil pump New Judd Racing spec Cams New cambelt + tensioner Included in the sale are the following parts to get you going: 105 Speed full stainless manifold (heatwrapped) and ceramic coated by zircotec. Modified Ford RS2000 Bellhousing so you can use a Escort cosworth starter motor Brand new Geniune ford Escort cosworth starter motor (used for approx 6 months) Retro ford spacer plate Custom Big Wing (5ltr) YB Sump to fit MK1/MK2 escort x-member New retro ford 5 paddle Sintered plate + Helix pressure plate Ultra thin custom flywheel (just been faced) Emerald K6 ECU mapped for this engine/manifold setup by HT Racing Custom Loom + all sensors Alloy Radiator MSD ford Coilpack Custom HT Leads Fuel pressure regulator all pipework for cooling Its pretty much a full package to fit to your escort and get it going. For Sale i have a USED Quaife 26Z 6 Speed sequential gearbox. This is based on the Sierra TYPE 9 casing. It is the Dog engagement type, with straight cut gears. It is an overdrive box so does not whine in 6th gear. Came out of a fully working car and had no issues when running. I have also had a 'Long' Gearstick machined up for it (cost me £80) as they are quite short originally so it is more like a 60g box now. The box does not come with a bellhousing or crossmember but fits standard FORD items. No leaks, noises etc. Included in the sale is a FULL Geartronics flatshift kit in perfect working condition.
