mate, mine's misfiring on number 3 cylinder and it has the same issue with shaking the car as you're describing? are you getting a spark at every cylinder? as one of my plugs is the issue (even though they're not that old)

yes mate, you'll see where the spring sits pretty tight to the strut, it's a case of lubing this length to stop it making a noise when rubbing can't help on the grease though, sorry dude

just fitting my bosch electronic system (which i believe is originally from a sierra) we have got all of the wires round the right way (i think) but does anyone know if there should be a positive feed from the coil? we're getting a constant positive out of the coil and not switched, is this correct? i ask because we're getting no spark out of the dizzy at all but a constant 12v going into it. thanks
