Definitely come one down as your only over an hour away... There is a huge interest gathered for this meet. Some very rare cars appearing. Hopefully expecting 40 + cars... From new to old... Oh and bring your mates...!

Sounds interesting...! I have been checking it out as I only live 10 minutes from there... There is a few possibles... First, in front of the carphone warehouse Second, between woodies and Mcd's there is a decent few spaces which doesnt fill up until afternoon.. so for those of us few who are early could convniently park awkwardly holding up spaces for others... How does that sound..?

Definitely so, I have told lots of guys in the RS club. There seems to be to many peolpe thinking it is a good idea for the midlands area... Hopefully everyone appears that say they will..! If it goes well then it might be good to plan one later in the year during better weather for Athlone again....??

Yes was thinking about that. That is a fairly decent spot with plenty of parking,bit of food and even a bar. There are a few other spots in town also... but that is probably the best

Provisionally the first Sunday in March sounds perfect to me... Obviously weather permitting I assume..?? I will pass the word around to as many as I can... Coming closer to the date we can organise a meeting area..

That date might be a problem as I intend on doing some engine work then. But that also depends on how lazy I get in January.. I will interested if its still together..!

Hey Guys, any meeting aournd the midlands sounds good. I am from Ferbane, Offaly. A Mint Mk1 Mex. I knew a few guys that have a couple of mk1s and 2s.
