As others have said Argon / co 2 mix will give best weld and least amount of splatter. Co2 is good enough but does generate more splatter and is generally cheaper.
For the road they are okay the ratios not much different from standard and still good fun and save the engine and your ears on the motorway...
If its great fun on trackdays your after you will need a gear kit in the five speed with a longer 1st and closer ratios to avoid the larger drops in revs between gear changes and keep it in the cams power band easily and forget all about fuel economy....
A032Rs in soft compound okay for trackdays and medium road mileage, okay in damp conditions and exciting if chucking it down, but what tyre isn't in an osf.
