ive need some welding done, two patches on my daily runner for its MOT, its a 4x4 and the two bits are on the o/s chassis rail. not very big, just need patching and a nice seam weld. i have dropped the petrol tank and bashguard out ready to weld the spots, its all safe and ready to go (the only thing i cant do is prep it for welding i dont have a grinder) if anyone is in the area i could put the tank back on and travel with it to you, ive put new bolts on it so it will only take minutes to remove the tank again. ive got money waiting, a hot meal and lots of cups of tea promised for the taker, and a big thanks in advance. please either pm me on here

i have to drop the petrol tank and associated bashguard from my car and as such cant use a grinder or torch. any advice on removing the old nuts and bolts safely? drill/hacksaw..

i have a runabout which on its pre-MOT inspection threw up some welding that needs doing. does anyone know of a reliable and cheap welder near glasgow, or does anyone on here fancy it - cash waiting
