If you are an Anglia Owners' Club Member, Aubone is our contact with DVLA and he will talk to you about how to get the original reg back, but as you have the VIN plates (or whatever they were called then!), it should not be a problem. And Aubone does not charge members for his time, only charges expenses if he incurrs any, and he usually doesn't ... Give him a ring! how do i join and whats his number mate
