I'm going to stick my crash damaged Anglia shell up for sale. Looking for £1000 for it. Was a very solid shell no rust. Wings unaffected one was a new express one. This will repair and be a nice car again but I've not got the skills to do it. This will be a bare shell with nothing on. Message me if your interested, want any more info or to come and view it.

If you can get hold of a smoke machine (you can rent one cheep) and put it on in the car with all the doors and windows shut. Watch to see where the smoke comes out from, that's where the water gets in.

Bought these as new old stock but don't think they are. I think there very good condition used ones. Still perfectly usable. Made by AE and balanced. £100 collected from Biggin hill or £110 posted to your door.

Adjustable twin chain timing gear. Reconditioned piper integral rocker box. Vapor blasted and rebuilt Italian twin weber 40 carburettors Oil cooler (damaged but stat and sandwich plate + pipes are ok) 105speed stainless exhaust manifold. Lightened and balanced flywheel. WOSP high torque starter Aldon dizzi and electric ign High pressure/capacity oil pump AP uprated clutch. Done under 1000 miles since built. Only selling due to car being written off. Can be heard running £2k

Well it took a month and a few phone calls but I've been paid out. RH as the broker was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The underwriters were also very good but did have to make a few phone calls to get things moving from time to time. This was a fairly straightforward claim seeing as the car was parked at the time of the accident but overall the claim went well. I would defiantly recommend RH to insure your car. Good prices, no problem with the modifications on the car, very helpful and know what they are talking about. I will continue to use them in the future.

High pressure oil pump, aldon dizzi and electric ignition, lightened flywheel, Done less than 1000 miles since build (probably closer to 500) can be heard running. Only selling because my Anglia's been written off. Looking for offers over £2k

Should be really but the third party insurance said they didn't know how to deal with a modified classic car and said as I had specialist Classic car insurance they would be more suited to deal with it. I will put the claim through my insurance and they in turn will claim off the third party

After havimg my Anglia smashed into and badly damaged I have been asked by the third party to claim through my insurance company (RH specialist insurance). So will keep you all updated on my experience of dealing with them.

I'm insured with RH never had a problem with them. Always found them polite and helpfull and cheep too. Although I have never made a claim. I would recommend them.
