The scraper digs into the original rubber stonechip, witch i wanna keep, because its protected the car well. I just wanna put some fresh stonechip on the repaired areas for the mot Dont fancy taking the whole floor back to bare metal, just want it clean lol. Thanks Charlie

Now the welding on the underside is all done ive zinced the metal then seam sealed the repairs, but know wanna spray some stonechip on the over them. The problem is the floor is realy dirty a mixture of waxoil, oil, grease ect. . . I wanna get it nice and clean before spraying over the repairs so im not spraying over dirt, but so far ive tried scraper, wirebrush, brake cleaner, thinners and degreaser with no real luck What can i use without stripping the old underseal of with is still good? Or just more elbow grease? Thanks Charlie

Thanks for all the pratical advice Ive seen the proper tool in frost mags, bloody exspensive so im goona have ago without cutting them and just use a hammer and dolly, How far do i do it just at the top or do i continue round the arch? Wish me luck anyway, charlie.

Thanks for the ideas guys, realy glad i asked now cos wasnt looked forward to cuting my lovely new arches! Is it actually possible roll them completly without having to put slits in them? Surely just tapping them over with distort the arch? Thanks again.

Hello all, ive just finishes welding new arches on my mk1 fiesta and need to roll my archs for my revolution wheels. So whats the best way to do it wothout destroying my fresh archs I was gonna cut little slits all the way along and then just hammer and dolly it over, but is there a better way? Pics would be a great help Thanks Charlie
