  1. Hi. It doesn't matter for me where its mounted, if it just works My car is not similar to Taunus/Cortina MK1, 2 or 3) I think the rack should be mounted on the crossmember or the frame.. ehh.. I think Something like this:
  2. Hello I'm trying to find out which rack and pinion solution I should try in my car. The car is a 1967 Taunus 17m (never sold in UK ) and its not delivered with rack and pinion. Its LHD. It has to be quite short or prefelably with center mount tie rods. I also have to put it behind the crossmember(is that the word?) Any suggestions? Thomas, Norway

  11. The P5 (1964-1967) is the greatest of the Ford m's. I'll try to post some pics of mine....
  12. I like Thorstens P5 a lot too. And take a look at my P5. The FK's are awesome, and I want one my self. But these are very rare here in Norway.

  16. Pillarless... No. That one's called Hardtop over here Thats sweet - yes! Mine is a 2-door with pillars. Lowered a lot and mounted Genuine Boyd Coddington wheels (Looked at "American HotRod" at Discovery?) You should have bought the hole car!!! Now, the OSI roadster is very,very,very,very,very rare... Maybe it's just the ONE in Germany at Wannenglueck. And I meen the one and only in the whole world

  18. Hi. Is there anyone of you that have seen/heard/ owned or whatever... a Ford m? It's produced in Germany between 1952 and 1972. The models are: 12m, 15m, 17m, 20m and 26m. And another car based on the Taunus P5 chassi (1965-67) called OSI. Made in Italy. Take a look at wannenglueck.de I got a 67 Taunus 17m myself. Pics will be posted in a week or so
