We thought about a V8, but we got such a good deal on the 2.3L, and it is a perfect fit. We are putting a 351 Windsor in the truck.

Thank you sir! Right now we are doing some body work on the Zephyr due to an accident many years ago. Motor is seized, so we are putting in a 140ci 2.3 Ford in it. It will be a 2 tone gray, lowered just a bit with 15x4 1/2 and 15x6 American Racing Torque Thrust D's. I can't keep anything stock!

You guys would probably kill me if I told you! would it be a 55, zephyr/zodiac by any chance? we wouldnt kill you on here m8 as we all love a bit of modding why dont you get someone to photoshop a pic of what you want done to see what it looks like Well, they are not going on the Zodiac. I want to put them on my 86' Golf. I know, I know. Don't hurt me, I do own 3 Classic Fords, but my Golf is my daily driver and I want to do something different with it.

Well, English Fords have a following here for sure, but honestly in all my years of car shows and such, I have never seen another Zodiac. We do not know how many may be in States?

I live in Portland, Oregon. We are in between Washington and California on the West Coast.

Luckilly for us, the car is pretty complete. We will need to find a few things, but should not be long before it is on the road again. I will post some pics after I have been here a week. Thanks again!

Thanks for the information. I am interested in the black ones that have the turn indicator mounted below and to the outside of the bumper. Are these on later models? We did not get these in the States. Thanks again.
