Got a nice suprise when i came in from school today. 2 boxes, one small, one big... i opened the small one to find 2 boxes of milliput i then opened the big one, to find this! So i got it out the box... And removed all of the packaging, and it really is a very nice model! But it didn't stay like that for long! First mod was some new shoes : I then got it partially stripped : Done some work on the suspension while i've been offline... Obviously, the left hand side was slammed, and the right hand side was purely for comparison. Here are a few before and after shots : So i left it like this for a while(only been working on the rears), and went to go have some tea! Here is the front compared to the back : So yes, there was a fair difference! But as these next two photos show, they sat way too far in the arches for my liking So some modifications had to be made(...) So after an hour of 'Umming' and 'Ahhing', i finally ended up with this. The arches are neatly filled, and it even has some slight negative camber at the front! Then i took a few quick pictures with the Cabby : And started with the ICE - a PS2 and a small TV: I also de-badged the boot while i was on, but i didn't get a picture unfortunately I'm pretty happy with the stance now, so it's time to move onto other things!

Here we go! first propper update in a while! Slapped some paint on to get an idea of the overall look... and i don't think it looks too bad! Still a long way to go yet, but you get the idea! Some milliput will sort out all the extra wholes, but what do we think so far lads?

Been messing about with this tonight, and tried a few different wheels on, first up, a set of chrome rims from a fast and furious RX7: which i like, but i'm not too sure on... Then i tried some minichamps Toyota MRS wheels on my shell, which i also liked: But i still wasn't sure, so i then tried some wheel from a 1:18 Bburago Mini: But i still wasn't sure on them, so i THEN tried some in'your'face blingy chrome wheels : but to be honest, they weren't to my taste either. Finally, i tried some Wheels from a rally car, and i think with some modifying, they could look quite good: But time will tell, so, for now, it's sitting on steelies from my mk3 escort cabriolet! The black and white colour scheme will be come apparent soon(ish)...i hope!

Bit of an update tonight... Been messing about with the interior : Then put a spoiler on, and did some painting on the boot in a 'ratty'/'messy' font I then chucked some more of the cheap, crappy paint stripper on(still isnt done yet), and threw it together for a final picture or two: And started sanding the other door down ready for paint, it's getting there now! Comments welcome, as always!

Right, i've done a cabriolet (well, i'm working on one), so i decided it's time for a saloon. I've been meaning to get one for a while, and finally ordered one today (along with some milliput!) The plans are simple. Keep the body standard(ish), fill it with ICE, and give it some nice power (maybe retro style BDA?) This is the model i've ordered: And here are some of the things i have planned for it, things are changing constantly, such as wheels, seats etc... Then i started messing about with my Minichamps Sierra, and ended up with these being left over: So they'll be going on! I'll be sure to get plenty of pictures when it gets here, and i will keep you updated as and when things happens. Cheers! PS - if anyone has any speakers/tv's/other ice, let me know! Cheers
