We came back from Perrenporth, Cornwall on 1st June after being down there all week! Was really lucky as had sun every day weather turned as we were on way back but nice bein away even if weather is rubbish.

We use similar fittings at work called speednuts which are push on single use, but can also be confused with the clips for self tapping screws. Prob not helped you tho!

Took the cortina for mot today with the intention of goin for a nice long blast......well happy passed with flying colours, not so happy when i remembered i'd sorned it when i did the engine swap!! So my sunny sat consisted of about a mile up the road to the test station....and back cos post office was shut! still, least i was out in it

I live near a school in a cul de sac and always have issues with people parking in front of our gates, i followed a doris home one afternoon to have her park right across the drive and when she got out of the car she said i will only be 10 minutes!! I kindly said to her that if she did leave it there it would probably be gone when she came back!! This was met with a lot of colourful language and harsh use of the engine revs and clutch until it was free of my drive. Pleasant Signs dont work either

Lovin that pic of mk1, bye bye sierra and mk 2 = hello hot x flowed mk1!! I run a 69 mk2 zetec cortina , a 66 Oldsmobile 442 with a 6.6 V8 in and have a little 1.2 corsa as a daily that does 40-45 mpg, not flash but cheap as chips to run-tax and insure. Think whatever decision you take you will regret some way or another mate. Good Luck!
