Graeme is right this infuriates me
Talked to the Inside Applicant today (that got the job) and the amount that she is getting paid is what the standard wage is at that particular setting £9+. So they aint saving any money with having her employed.
As for being over qualified i didnt think that they would want anybody that has NO qualifications at all...bearing in mind this person is a qualified hairdresser...!!! Sickens me to think that someone with NO qualifications or experience with working with children can be employed in such a high demanding setting with children with special needs/ disbabilities.
Makes me wonder why i spent three years training at college...when i could have come right out of school education and gone into a job at a click.
Oh well the jobs been taken now, guess just gotta keep my eye out for another job!!! Non will have been better than that one though, something i have always wanted to do, work with children with special needs/ disabilties.
FINGERS CROSSED FOR A JOB TURNING UP SOMEWHERE SOON PEOPLE!
