Hey guys, my name's Matt and I reside in sunny Gloucestershire still consider myself young and stupid at 22!! Been into old fords forever but only recently stumbled across this forum.
My first car after passing my driving test a few years abck was a '56 Prefect running an 1800 pinto on twin 40's, escort rack etc up front and 105e rear end. THe old girl was absolutly solid and had tons of fun going 5 up to the beach!

However earlier this year started to get a little bored as I have always wanted something running a V8 so decided the logical step was to sell the '56 and buy a '55 Chevy Bel Air running a 5.0l V8....needless to say I sold that within 3 weeks (Despite it being my all time favorite car) Everyday driving and fuel consumption got the better of me...
Which brings me to my current project a 1970 Mk1 escort 2 door running a 3.5l V8, P6 4 speed box and 2.8 capri rear end.
She needs a bit of work, going to turn her into a bit of a street sleeper. Pics will follow when I pull my finger out.
