I am having a look into my gearbox and have found a poor repair on the gear lever remote. I would like to find a good 3 bolt replacement if anyone has one can they let me know. here is the one I need.😉

What do you guys think a genuine 2L S Pinto head with the correct inlet manifold and twin choke on is worth and are they hard to come by?. I have had one sitting in my garage for years and wonder if It is worth selling now. Maybe a stupid question any advice is welcome

I got to see you're one close up the other day at blanca's and i have to say it is a lovely example in great condition, makes me want to sell my mk1 cortina and get a granny now

I hope this is the right place to post this. I am trying to locate my old MK2 cortina VPO 240F. She was a savage replica when I sold her with a tan vinyl roof and black paint with slot mags on,but started out as a 1300 4 door deluxe in blue mink I always regretted selling her and would love to catch up with her, has been spotted at the ACE cafe before. I have tried to load piccys but haven't done enough posts yet. thought this is the best place to try Some one must know where she is . any info welcome

Hi Guys. My name is Mike, I'm the wrong side of 40! I'm married with one daughter and 9 dogs (mostly rescues). I'm a 3rd generation mechanic in the family so I've always worked with cars. Starting in the '70s and '80s with MKII Cortina's and then in '87 after we had a '57 Chevy as a wedding car we were taken with American cars. We've had a couple since then and we have also owned a small RV for 8 years. At the moment we have a 1946 Ford Coupe that I am getting on the road and a MK2 super I've saved from a scrapyard too . We belong to the Wolf Conservation Trust, hence the unusual handle!
