i dont know much mechanically atm, what am i looking for, my ride is too low and the suspension has been bent to the point where im jumping up and down quicker than paris hiltons knickers when going over the slightest bump i was told i need 3 leafs but im not sure are they a standard size and fit?

i havent had a fag for 6 years, i got hypnotised , would recommend it to anyone

hi all, i own a mk1 escort, its kinda 80% finished. i bought it last year, have limited knowledge of mechanics and stuff, and it needs finishing off. can any you chaps recommend a one stop shop to take it to complete the job. need some welding, retrim interior, engine tuning, superlites, leaf springs and a various bits and bobs. i dont have the knowledge or time to finish it, id rather chuck a few grand an experts way to sort it any help much appreciated i tried to post piccys but im not allowed until i have 10 posts
