    I like that a lot!! In the late eighties when I was a young whipper snapper working at a ford dealership, I found a brochure from the early seventies for a Mk1 1300e. I guess it is in the loft somewhere. Must have a look!!

    The car I always promised myself. I feel quite dull when I look at some of your rides, but this is the car that I wanted to buy brand new, so like it looking as it was in the showroom.

    My daily drive is a Merc van with a V6 in it. My company has had "V6 Power" written down the side of it and I was looking at it as I joined!!

    I guess I should of done this a month ago when I first joined!!! I am Ade, have an unhealthy obsession with old Fords. Used to work for a Ford dealer in the late eighties and my dad used to run a Mk1 3.0 GXL Capri, then a 2.0 JPS and finally a couple of 2.8i's. I guess this started my problem. I now have a '87 2.8i Special as a weekend car. Look forward to meeting some of you and thanks for the help you have already given to me.
