1360 Crossflow Complete engine. Not been used in a while but regularly turned over and dry stored. Was a very strong engine and kept up with much bigger things in my Lotus 7 Replica. Spec:- 711M 1300 GT block bored +90 thou Burton Pistons Lightened and Balanced crank and rods Lightened Flywheel BDA Rod bolts Burton HP Oil Pump BCF3 Cam Ported and Polished 1600 Sport head with the valve guides replaced and hardened valve seats fitted. Lightened Rocker gear with spacers replacing the springs. Fitted with a custom baffled, shallow big wing sump to suit Kit car applications. £975 ono Weber DGV Carb and manifold to suit above. Choke removed as it is not necessary. Custom throttle lever for smoother operation. Manifold casting has all unnecessary brackets etc removed Pipercross Panel filter fitted. £100 711M 1100 Crossflow Engine for spares Mostly complete a few bits removed for other engine builds. Believed to be standard bore. Was a very smooth runner. Would make a good basis for a 1300 rebuild or rebuild as is. £150 3.89 English Axle Differential. Good condition. Nice quiet runner. Only removed to fit a 3.54 £50 Type 1 Escort Gearbox. Std 1100 / 1300 Ratios. Not been used for a while but was working fine when removed. Dry stored £75 All items located in Herefordshire. He got spooked by fireworks and legged it on saturday night in the Hoo, Chattenden, Upnor Cliffe woods area of kent. In out for a while so he may well look fairly grubby. I have to start with an apology! My classic ford is in kit form. I drive a scratch built Lotus seven type. I built it 8 years ago using a very dead MK1 1100L Escort. Over the years I have modded it so now it has a, yet to be run, fast road 1640 crossflow on sport box. This was preceeded by a modded 1300 sport. Currently I don't have time for another project, having a very young family, but I do see another escort comming my way one day. This one I will keep in one piece!
