    Thanks for the welcome! And the Classic is quite underrated IMHO. (I would say that though!) Can be made to handle well.

    Hi everyone, I've owned Consul Classics since I bought my first car in 1979, and still have that first one... Had a lot of classic Fords in the meantime (Mk1/2/3/5 Cortinas, Corsair, Capri Mk3s, Escorts), and still own a modified Classic, two standard ones and a Consul Capri. Cheers, Ian
