Hi all, Thought it was about time I registered on here as I'm currently restoring/modifying an old Ford, figured this was the right place to come! Car is a 1957 103E 'sit up and beg' Pop. It's not quite 'as it left the factory' though.. I've been restoring it for 12 months now, on and off.. Had to fabricate virtually the entire bottom 18 inches of the body. Chassis is all new custom made with double wishbone IFS and Jaguar XJ6 IRS, engine has the full compliment of 8 cylinders. Intention is for it to look almost standard (save for modern wheels) from the outside but with the performance, ride and handling of a modern car. Still got a list of jobs as long as my arm but this year should see it completed (hopefully!)
