urm the engine will stall if I down the clutch whilst still moving without touching the breaks could it still be the servo ?
I'll test it would it stall on the spot ? If it does then it can't be the servo can it.
i have tryed the earth cable as i have said before i have changed a lot and checked a lot to figure it out im guna strip the carb next week and blast out the jets and clean out the carb and if that dont work iv got a 1.6 i could put in for a while
what do you mean by charging system and did the trany keep cutting ?
is there a site where I can get a diagram my haynes manual dosent have it in it also a setup of the carb in the car so I can see if the pipes are the rout way round

Iv had a look and it's it's a webber 32/36 DGAV/393 with k&n filter if that helps any advice welcome I have Set the timing to tdc with the 8* turn back for the dizzy points set to .016 inch new condensor,dizzy cap and ht leads the earth wires almost new
any ideas ?
im in need of help my engine keeps cutting when i come to a point i need to stop (clutch down or in neutral) i tryed adjusting the idol screw but the slightest turn makes the engine rev around 1600rpm and when i turn it back it idols about 300rpm and stalls
any ideas ?
