Hi guys the bloke that tested this was bang out of order . I myself,e am a mot tester and the rule is test what you see. Allso he should not have refused to test without isuing the relavent paperwork . Just because the engine has been changed does not mean the car is unsafe. I have just tested a mk1 fiesta with a turbod 1700 puma engine in The car was a dog but I have to test what is presented.
