Hi all, thanks for having me, as you can probably guess from my username, i have a 100e popular, i've had it for about 10 years now and it's still very much "in progress" it's nothing too special just pinto running gear etc, but it is my 1st project and i'm definitely feeling my way! Plans may change again soon though because i've just been given a 2 litre zetec (ho hum). My eldest son Andy (20) drives a 'more door' Mk2 Escort, in need of a respray very soon, and another of my lads Matt (16) has taken ownership of a mk1 fiesta from Andy in need of panels for the front end. I am a welder by trade, and have been around old fords since i was about 5 years old with my dad and brothers, i suppose you never grow out of them eh? i have owned a ford of one type or another for nearly all of the time i have been driving, from escorts to granadas. I'm very keen on Drag Racing, so i want to make sure my little old 100e will get at least a few runs down the 1/4 mile with me behind the wheel.
