morning can anyone point me in the right direction on how to get some pics of my car on my posts etc ? you might guess IT skills are not at the top of my CV cheers

proper funny... mate mates a ginger... who thankfully has gone bald (his words lol ) BUT..... he knows that we know hes a ginger!!! .... the rusty eyebrows give the game away

happens to me too... but then I tend to screw up something.... which means i have to sand it down again and start spraying wooooo I have like many it would seem have spent many evenings the last few weeks stripping priming and painting my servo & tower....... then looked at the pile of pretty much every chassis and steering bracket and suspension part in the "waiting start" pile and BIG PANIC set in..... many £££ and many hours spent....... so i loaded the lot in the back of the daily and went to a local coating specialist. 4 days later, all the parts from my project blasted, primed and powder coated.... £90 the lot...... the best decision ive made this year If anyone needs powder coating done and lives close to watford pm me these guys were fast polite and quick and to top it off cheap !

Would be interested to hear why you were disappointed mate? Was it because there weren't many traders there? One of our sponsors (Alimax) and a friend of ours had a stand there - first time for them at this show yeah could have done with more stalls i guess, was expecting some decent NOS stuff etc, many stalls was like walking rounf fleabay! lol. But still picked up a couple of small parts..... £6 to get in was strong !! I saw the Alimax car / stand... how did they do, was attracting a small crowd.....?

Well what a waste of time..... disapointed !

Im gunna give it a whirl... a fair distance from where i live, so i have booked a local hotel Great excuse for me a my pal to get out for a sneeky night on the beer too Hopefully i will get some nice bits for me project !

anyone been to this one before ? is it worth travelong to ? hoping to find some nice parts

Hi all im rob, currently bought a very dead Mk2 Mexico well the remains on one and a Ozi import shell, the aim is to build a high quality standard road going car..... i have been away to long, i would have got a bigger mortgage if i had any idea of the price of the hard to get parts LOL!!! The donor shell is off or soda blasting this saturday and then straight to the bodyshop for prep and paint, fingers crossed it will be back in my garage before xmas so i can start building it, hope tobe on the road early spring. sure i will be needing advice along the way Cheers, Rob PS, does anyone have a MK2 Mexico front spoiler they want to swap for a reasonable pile of cash????
