I'm after a mechanical speedo drive tailshaft for a ford type 9 gearbox I have a very good condition electronic drive tail shaft for swaps!? Anyone got a knackered box laying around ? Cheers

Cheers Pete ill take a loot the weekend, I've order a carb kit anyways as it kinda sounds like bottom gasket . Didn't think of manifold tbh but ill take a look.

Hi guys anyone had experience of a weber DGMS producing a whistle/squeal on idle, When I apply the throttle it goes, I can't find any leak anywhere, jets are seating fine, noise is coming from one side inparticular, on the outside. Carb is a 38 dgms Chokes removed, new mains/air/idles fitted.

Snap, well it waves around the 60 mark anyways

Rev counter grrrrrrr..... I believe I'm doing what the www suggest 2x 004 diodes tapped into each - from coil pack, through a Zener diode to the gauge but NADA. Anyone?

Hi guys n girls, just a quick hi and an advanced apologies for all the questions I'm probably going to bug a lot of you with recently got my 2nd Anglia this time a 105e, shes pretty much done as a roady goes so i cant take no credit really just a few issues to address, improvements to be made and use the ole girl plenty. any meets west London/south bucks direction? yes shes in lotus colours and not a lotus, yes the arches are from a golf gti, yes shes a bit tired but i love her all the same, keep it friendly regards Martin
