  4. It has been a hard decision to make, but I'm going to have to sell my super-rare Fiesta 1100S interior. Basically, I use my Fiesta for road rallies, 12 cars, and autosolos, and as such I would prefer to have a pair of bucket seats with head support in the car, and these seats are just going to be wasted sat in the attic at home. The rear bench seat is in good-great condition, with now rips, tears or holes. The front seats are in average-good condition. They are 36 years old, and aren't as vibrant as they used to be, but I strongly believe that some good TLC will bring these up to an even better standard. The passenger side seat has no rips or holes, but the driver side has a slight tear (length of a credit card) in the lower section of cloth where the middle joins the bottom bolster, this will be easily repairable as it seems to have 'parted' at a seem, as opposed to being torn. Here is a photo for now, I will get more detailed photos by the weekend. Looking for £350 ono. Pick up preferred, from Maryport, Cumbria. Or I can arrange a courier for you (or you arrange your own) at cost to buyer.
  5. Hi guys, Looking at going and getting a sexy set of bike carbs on the Fiesta MK1. I'm looking for someone who has a Megajolt System (or similar) for sale which would be suitable for my Silvertop Zetec. Thanks in advance, Dan
  6. Well, I've went from being a regular last year, to a stranger this year! Sadly my new contract at work means I only get Wednesday off through the week
  7. Just been shown a picture of some over 8J rims....they would have a savage stretch!
  8. Just a quick question.... Would a 185/60/13 tyre fit over a 8J x 13" rim sensibly? Sensibly being 'not too stretched' as they will be ran on a rally car Cheers!
  9. Funny that! Not only is this one of my fave photos, I LOVED the car with its 6 spots - something a little different
  10. Following on from my Lakes Tour 2012 Photo Thread ( http://www.oldskoolford.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=135376 ), here are some photos from the Sunday. Again, all photos are available to view via Retards Club - Firstly, thank you to everyone who donated some money and bought items from Ryan on the Support Our Soldiers stand - a very worthy cause. Now to the other photos! My Fiesta found a friend Hope you like them
  11. First of all I would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the organisers, helpers, and participants of The Lakes Tour 2012. Every year I look forwards to this weekend, and every year I think it is the best weekend of the year. This year was no exception! Met some brilliant people, old and new, took in some brilliant roads, sights and laughs. THANK YOU!!! I also took a load of photos....which is really no surprise....I always take loads! I have just finished uploading all of Saturday's Photos onto Retards Club as a 'Public Album' so you can all view them and tag them etc. etc. Retards Club Album #1 - Retards Club Album #2 - Retards Club reduces the quality of the picture, so if you would like the original high definition copies emailed to you, let me know your car details, and your email address via PM or send me an email via: http://www.drhphotography.org.uk/contact-us/ Just a few to mull over Did I say a 'few'
  12. Hope you lads had a good evening yesterday. Sadly I was unable to make it. Was changing engine mounts on the Fiesta on Sunday and realised that there is a 'nick' in my Cam Belt. So ordered a new one on Monday but it won't be here until tomorrow so decided not to risk it See some of you on The Lakes Tour on Saturday
  13. Good call snowing over in Maryport (Cumbria) as well. Knowing my luck I'd have travelled over then got stuck haha
  14. Same date as Ford Fair at Silverstone but always nice to have a choice! The first Longtown Classic Car Show was held in 2011 and was born after thieves helped themselves to all the lead from the local parish church roof. The event was very well supported with more than 100 cars on show raising over £2,000. The event was so good it is back again! This time it will be held on 12th August 2012 from 11am to 4pm. This year promises to be a fantastic year and all proceeds will be going to CFM Cash for Kids and Arthuret Parish Church. Admission will be £5 for adults, and children are free of charge. Entries for the show are free, and the vehicle owners are also free, but donations are hugely appreciated. The location this year will be at Longtown Auction Mart which is all hardstanding. Gates open at 8am for entrants. So, in summary: Date: 12th August Location: Longtown Auction Mart Time: 11am - 4pm (gates open at 8am)
