Hi, I'm thomas from Belgium and I'm currently working on an '83 capri 1.6L, I'm mostly working on nissan 200sx's though, but I just finished a big project and am going back to my old love: the capri .. The one I'm building now is for my little sister to drive with and just for getting re-acquinted with the capper chassis etc.. I'm looking for a 2.0 injection block to put in but they're rare as fook over here in belgium it seems, only the DOHC 8valve and 16valve from the sierra and scorpio are about.. I'm even thinking 'bout shipping one over from you guys I can't really put anything else in there as we can't do that legally and I don't want her to have any hassle at the MOT's or with the police or anything.. Once that's finished I plan on getting myself a more serious capri, the last few years I've been thinking 'bout a blown 2.9 cosworth so that would be interesting, especially with the prices they come by these days On oldtimer plates that's still not 100% legal but more do-able... I've got quite some experience with turbochargers and was thinking 'bout a nissan 300zx but the capri looks soo much better, is much lighter and well... more fun really that's it, I'm hoping to find some usefull stuff on here (and allready have honestly ).. Glad to see there's a decent old ford forum out there
