Hello all! , My name is Sam and I'm from Malta. Last week I bought a 1964 Cortina Mk1 4 door , I have been chasing this car for years , the previous owner didnt want to sell it to me until he couldnt drive this car anymore and changed his mind. The car is 1 owner and it has been taken care of very well. few dents and rust making it ideal for a project car. I will be needing a lot of help for you guys! I am planning to change the steering rack to rack and pinion and prepare the running gear for some power meaning that eventually swap the original engine to a v8 or cossie. Any suggestions for rear axle , brakes front and rear (vented discs) and steering kits? Wish me luck! Sam from Malta
