Never heard of it done with bmw spares but have heard of IRS transplants being done using sierra rear ends. To be honest i don't think a well set up leaf sprung rear end works to bad on an old ford.

I sell standard caps at work,i polished mine with autosol & its nice & shiney & has'nt rusted or faded. Not sure if they are stainless though??

here is the rocker cover i done for the boss

Is it coming from the rear (propshaft end) or front from the bell housing?? these are the two main seals that will need replacing & you can get them from any decent motor factor best to do them both if you have the box out.

my mate fitted my first kent cam & i did'nt rev as you should do when you fit a new cam to harden them & it only done 50 miles before it wore a lobe down so make sure you run the cam in when you've fitted it. can't help with fitting though im afraid

Depends what sort? my old quaife atb ran normal sx75w/90 but my tran-x plate type uses castrol B373 race oil
