Tis the one Ady, and cheers, thats a cammed 2 litre on 40s with open trumpets, coughing,snarling and barking supercharger not connected yet. what special was yours then, havent seen many about in leighton in a while, maybe because i broke/disposed off all the ones that were sat about for any time, found a rotten 280 10 doors down from me too , used to be a tatty chrystal blue one on my estate, yours?
ADY Posted April 1, 2007 Report Posted April 1, 2007 I've had 2x 2.8i specials, 1st was a C plate white, very low on venoms(crap wheels i know but thats how i bought it) and really loud exhaust, part exchanged that for a fire breathing 200sx. 2nd i had a D plate mint black 2.8i special on brooklands wheels. Then had a ruff as f**k 1.6 laser for a while till it let go. Would love another!

ADY Posted April 1, 2007 Report Posted April 1, 2007 yeah must have been about 5 or 6 years ago now since the specials. Had the laser about 4 years ago. White D plate, bought it off a mate who also lived in leighton, 1.6 laser in white with a cci backbox, and a shitty body kit, just skirts and front and back bibs. I bought it, ripped the kit off and the bumpers, bought some special alloys and just used it as my daily hack, was a propper spunker but i liked it. will try and find some pics to post up
