LEONMEX Posted June 27, 2007 Report Posted June 27, 2007 Right got two spots that already hold car meets once a month 1st Norfolk rs owners club meet at the Scole crossroads,nr diss. Not sure if this is a pub or car park but ill look into it abit more tomo. 2nd is Norfolk & East anglia rs club who meet at Weston longville at Parson woodford pub,ill also check this out tomo. Either of these sound any good??

If you mean the Scole Crossways mate it's a pub and just up the road from me so I can check out if they are ok with a meet if that helps? Don't know the other one though.Weston Longville is a bit north of Norwich according to google so may not suit anyone Ipswich way. What do we all think I'm happy either way so let's decide which suits the most people and get it sorted

North of Norwich would be a bit of a long journey for me... over 2 hours at that point but if the location and pub is good then il be up for it if we decide to go there Are we thinking of an evening thing or a weekend day? Looking forward to hearing more let me know if there is anything I can do!

I went along to the last meet and so did retro al.Quite a mix of cars there and a good bunch.But they are a club in their own right. So not sure if they would want a load of osf's crashing the meet but I can ask if you want.Also may be a bit formal if people are just looking to meet up for a chat. Don't know.what's everyone looking for? I think we need some input from anyone interested in a meet so we know which direction to go in. From my point of view anywhere around Norwich,Ipswich,Bury is good.I think as Darren said earlier if we don't get the location right no one will turn up. As mentioned before Diss area is pretty much in the middle of Ipswich,Norwich and Bury and easy to get to.Bury is easier for people from the west of the region. I think we need to get a list of everyone interested.I'll start one up.
