i always set mine at zero mate but on RWD you should really have a bit of toe in

is it a road car or track?

 

If its a track car, you might want a lttle (1.5mm) of toe-out, you'll get a better turn in but sacrifice straight line stability, if its fast road, i'd go 1mm toe-in.
