  1. Thanks pal, I really appreciate your response lol
  2. Hi all a job that I've been procrastinating over for a while is my really unhelpful fuel gauge, My dash voltage regulator is fine and giving a stable voltage so it must be the sender, when I earth the tank end wire the gauge shows full ok but when connected to the sender it's pretty hit and mis what i actually have in the tank as when I brim it it still only shows half tank, I seem to recall 85ohms empty and around 15 when full, does this sound correct? Ta in advance
  3. No plates needed, if you mean the alloy top plates then you can buy those from TEMU or ebay, but make sure you get 44mm ones. but they are not needed
  4. I've taxed worse
  5. Dish washer tablet, hot water and sharp gravel like road chippings, and shake it for a while
  6. Hi all, would anyone have a stainless Janspeed available for a MK2 RS 2000 for sale or know somewhere that can supply cheaper than Janspeed themselves or even have a discount code. Ta

  8. 6x13 as pictured are the rally grp1 wheel in the UK (totally different to the laser wheel in spoke style) ATS 7x13 are ET5 are also known in the UK as grp1 Ronel 7.5x13 et19 are Capri and escort X-pack wheels Ronel
  9. Not the same wheel at all, the group one wheel you have there look refurbed? grp1 wheels are a lot more dished then cheapy laser wheels and use different wheel nuts
  10. Personally no, but I've heard good things about them
  11. Probably Burtons or even Ebay as the Kit Car guys love the type 9 so there are a few on the market
  12. You can buy a lever rose joint type bearing with a nylon insert put in but I would just get the standard type lever and get the oldskool type kit as they are quiet and wont do your tits in
  13. 38 miles in my RS last year so definitely not paying for that.. My other car turns 100 years old next year so hopefully it's just media opinion bating
  14. It's not even period correct...... as it has modern air in the tyres
