Mark2Mark Posted October 12, 2006 Report Posted October 12, 2006 As promised some pictures of my escort the quality is not brilliant, not sure if thats me or the camera (probably me). Before anyone asks i keep the car at work so the masking tape is to stop people stuffing plastic cups and fag packets through the rear light and filler neck holes (obviously now i have taken the door off i have to empty the rubbish everyday), and no that is not my reg! Just the result of a bored boss and a number plate machine. The last of the rot YEESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jimbob-Squarepants © Posted October 12, 2006 Report Posted October 12, 2006 Sorry mate, I can't help but laugh really hard! I have worked in a couple of body-shops and it seems to be the done thing. You are lucky to get away with that. I remember a story with my first Capri and my mates mini. I had obsenities written and drawn in Masking Tape, and my mates Mini was completley wrapped up in about 7 rolls of 2 inch Masking Tape. How we all laughed, apart from me and him. He was my lift home that night and it took the pair of us 50 mins to unravel it. Once we had done the outside, we found all the switches, gearlever, hand brake and window winders etc. all taped up as well. As for your Escort, it looks like a good'un & can't wait to see the finished pics, I love an OSF in White Keep up the good work
