lee_capri Posted July 10, 2007 Report Posted July 10, 2007 i no you got to let it dry, what i need to no for best result on prep work is how long roughy after its dry do you think it would be o.k to wet and dry it, to smoth as babysb*m finish
Davecara Posted July 10, 2007 Report Posted July 10, 2007 Provided its sprayed on somewhere quite warm and its not a really heavy coat, I usually wait about an hour, just to be safe. I'm sure someone better qualified would say different though
Cookie Posted July 10, 2007 Report Posted July 10, 2007 Whenever i use primer i always used 2k high build, i dont have an oven or anything so this is on air drying, it dries very quickly but i find unless you leave it over night or a good 12 hours it doe'snt rub down very nice and gets a bit scratchy, if you leave it overnight you will be fine and notice a much easier rubbing down. Canned primer i.m not sure to be honest as i never relly use it or if i do never bother to rub it down. hope thats some help m8
lee_capri Posted July 10, 2007 Author Report Posted July 10, 2007 nice one mate thats what ive used my self
