Capri mk 3 engine and running gear

hi, i've got a capri mk3 shell, need to put an engine and running gear in, i'm looking into either a 2.8, 2.9 or 3.0 engine, wanna stay ford all the way, was wondering whats the best running gear to put in? will it takesierra 4x4 running gear as i've been offered an (older) 2.8 sierra xr4x4 and was wondering if any/all of the parts from this would fit my capri??

only the engine will fit

your best bet and cheapest is to buy a well rotten 28 or 30 capri.

or alternatively you can buy all the bits off me as i have broken loads in the past!
